The schedule says EU commission offices at 10am, which actually means, look up EU commission offices before 10am. Our visit to the offices was very educational, Google sure missed a lot. The EU is made up of 28 countries whose main focus was peace and still is but peace through economics. The EU functions as a kind of club that has benefits to be in that are better sometimes and hurt at others. Ireland is one of the 28 countries and like many EU nations it also uses the Euro. Also, when you use your mobile phone in other EU countries, to call, text, or go online, there's a limit on what your can be charged for roaming. In the EU, the “Eurotariff” for roaming was created which means the cost of using these services is capped, so no crazy excpensive prices. The maximum tariffs for calls, texts and going online are: €0.19 per minute for outgoing calls, €0.05 per minute for incoming calls, €0.06 per message for sent text, and €0.20 per MB downloaded online. These price caps apply to every EU national. Your service provider also has to txt you with the price in the EU country you just entered.
